UW-Eau Claire lecturer receives state honor for physical education

      EAU CLAIRE — Tracy Yengo, a lecturer in kinesiology at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, recently received the Teaching Honor Award from the Wisconsin Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance. The award recognizes those who demonstrate outstanding teaching in health and physical education, serve as a model for healthy living, participate in professional development activities and provide leadership within the field.
      WAHPERD is affiliated with the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance, a national organization that promotes and support leadership, research, education and best practices in professions that support creative, healthy and active lifestyles.
