This collection consists of correspondence, reports, and miscellaneous materials between the Small Business Development Center and clients.

Description

Beginning in 1980, Stout's Center for Innovation and Development was created to make available to industry the University's extensive technical facilities and its staff members who are experts in various aspects of management and technology. The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is administered under the Center for Innovation and Development and was established to help people develop inventions and prototypes involving marketing. The state SBDC began in 1978 and was administered by the University of Wisconsin Extension.
