| dc.description.abstract | This concept poster represents the journey through my first year of the Ed.D. in Educational Sustainability at the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. This concept poster demonstrates my history in organizational wellness and stress management including a subsection of my biographical information. The participation in the summer residency program gave me the opportunity for relationship and foundation building with my cohort, other students, and professors. From there, I was able to connect my focus on well-being with the U.N. Sustainable Development Goal 3, good health, and well-being, to see a larger connection between my research and the world. This concept poster further includes my research focus, design proposal, and positionality. Over the course of the year, my learning journey included a broader understanding of systems thinking and transformative learning. My research draws on a variety of theoretical frameworks that are included within this poster. | en_US |
