dc.descriptionIn his 20109 interview with Emma Schroeder, Timothy Kolosick shares his memories of the Eagle Heights Community Garden. Kolosick described his time as the garden chairman, growing horseradish, techniques foreign students brought to the gardens, the use of tires to keep pests away, organic gardens, and keeping weeds at bay. Kolosick also describes prior gardening experience he and his wife gained in Europe. This interview was conducted for inclusion in a Master?s thesis on the Eagle Heights Community Gardens.en
