dc.description.abstractAt the request of Milwaukee County, the Employment and Training Institute conducted an analysis of the annual child care surveys of rates and analysis of Wisconsin Shares child care subsidy program participation patterns in Southeastern Wisconsin. The analysis was conducted for administrative purposes to help improve the accuracy of the survey for rate setting purposes.
