This report documents a project to create an FPGA-based hardware implementation of a matrix-vector multiplication procedure specifically designed for a particular physics experimentation system. This system requires that the matrix operation be performed in real-time to find the amplitude and phase of the input signals. This report explains the multiplication algorithm and how it is implemented in hardware. Also, it shows how the design can be used with other models in other applications.en
