Abstract

As part of the Class Reunion project, Avery Pilot interviewed Jeff and Mary Gorski, alumni of UW Madison (class of 1969 and class of 1972) about their experiences as students at UW Madison in a time of national disruption. The Gorskis talked about the Sterling Hall bombing, antiwar protests on campus, students being drafted, other protest movements on campus, and how going to school at UW Madison during this time in history prepared them for their future lives and careers. This story was collected for inclusion into the UW-Madison Archives and Records Management Oral History Program.
