Evidence-based Public Health Practice through Undergraduate Students, Regional Offices, and Local Health Agencies

Abstract

Building on the success of a prior project where undergraduate students obtained research evidence for a community agency, this study involved an initiative with the regional public health office, an education practice liason, and local health departments around evidence-based practice. The goal of this study was to determine the student and the staff outcomes for the collaboration.
