Abstract
Rose Barroilhet was the director of capital administration and budgeting for Facilities Planning and Management at UW-Madison. She retired in 2006 and became involved with the early planning of the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery. This interview documents her role in the early stages of WID/MIR's development.
