Abstract: In his August 1, 1985 interview with Laura Smail, David Adamany detailed his involvement in the establishment of the UW System. Adamany discusses the work of Fred Harvey Harrington in the 1960s. Included is the budgetary concerns of the campus during the 1970s. Adamany also shares his involvement in Governor Lucey?s campaign. This interview was conducted for inclusion into the UW?Madison Oral History Program.
