Abstract

The purpose of the research was to identify some management approaches to total quality management (TQM) within industrial organizations. Total quality management has been a popular managerial topic since the 1980s. And has grown to become an established field of research. The need for an improved understanding of the critical factors for successful implementation is becoming increasingly important. There is an increasing focus on quality throughout the world. With increased competition, companies have recognized the importance of quality system implementation in remaining effective in a volatile bossiness environment. Specifically meeting the needs and desires of the customer is critical and must be done much better and efficiently than it has been in the past.
