Abstract
Company XYZ struggled to gain the attention of top talent candidates against other retail competitors. Failure to attract top talent candidates can result in a decrease in Company XYZ's ability to provide high-level services to consumers. The research study was designed to understand Company XYZ's current recruiting tools and resources. The data collected was primary, qualitative data using a content analysis approach. Recruiters at Company XYZ participated in a survey to understand the needs to gain the attention of top talent candidates. Recruiters would like to implement artificial intelligence to enhance the workflow and to help vet top-priority candidates. Other areas of improvement included new collateral items, a new ordering process for collateral, and integrating two commonly used platforms to track candidates.
