dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this Integrative Project was to design a first grade English Language Development curriculum for a two-way immersion classroom in a 90/10 program. A thorough review of literature highlighted the components necessary for an effective program. Research found was used to provide a theoretical framework for an understanding of dual language programs, the cross-transfer of skills, and language of instruction.en
