| dc.description.abstract | Admixed individuals have genomic regions of ancestry from each ancestral population. Using methods found in previous research, these regions can be identified. The purpose of this study was to test and compare methods that correlate phenotypes with genotypes and their associated ancestry. Results can be used to find what genes can increase the chance of a disease. | en |
