Abstract

This project documents local food production and consumption in Western Wisconsin. Researchers developed a comprehensive database of food outlets in Eau Claire and Chippewa Counties including restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, hospitals, schools an farm stands. This data will be used to track local food sales in the two county region.
