Technical Assistance Guide for Implementing Youth Employment Competency Programs (1984)

Abstract

This technical assistance guide is designed as a convenient resource manual for Private Industry Councils and Service Delivery Area staff in implementing the youth employment competencies requirements of the federal Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA). The curriculum and set of competency tests developed by ETI originally for juvenile offenders in the Wisconsin correctional facilities (and adopted by the Wisconsin Job Training Coordinating Council for the state JTPA system) are available for use at low or no cost.
