In his 2009 interview with Emma Schroeder, Steven Backues discusses his five years living in Eagle Heights and participating in the Community Gardens. Arp offers his recollections applying for a plot, his time as chair of the gardens, financial and budget concerns, community membership and the decision-making process. Backues also discusses his favorite garden memories.
