Abstract

Domestic violence shelters are also workplaces that are concernced with organizational health. An important part of organizational health is the job satisfaction of employees. The purpose of this research was to determine what intrinsic and extrinsic factors influence the job satisfaction of domestic violence shelter workers at a specific domestic violence organization in western Wisconsin.
