dc.description.abstractThe problem is how big, widespread, or urgent the need is for de-escalation training is for the school bus drivers on the rural community. The purpose of this study is to quantify the need for de-escalation training and thus develop a much targeted approach to training the school bus drivers. The data collected from school bus drivers on their observations and experience with aggression on their buses.en_US
