Globalizing the 'Bologna Process': Looking Closely at Europe's 'Looking Out' Policy for Higher Education

Abstract

Professor Robertson will be looking closely at the globalization of Europe's Bologna Process, which is altering the terms and terrain of higher education in and outside of Europe. She argues that this process-- the creation of a unified higher education system--consists of distinct phases, and she discusses in detail the "extra-regional" aspects of its most current phase of development.
