dc.description.abstractWithout individualized support, many pre-school children fall behind their peers in terms of language, literacy and social performance. ECLIPSE (Early Childhood Literacy Intervention Program, Services and Evaluation) works to prepare children to enter school ready to learn. The purpose of this study was to identify the impact that ECLIPSE has had on both 3-5 year-old children and members of AmeriCorps, who were involved in the program.en
