In his 2012 interview with Sarah Neddo and Jacklin Bolduan, Steve Jones talks about his childhood growing up on a dairy farm in rural Wisconsin and moving to the Green Bay area when he was young. He recounts a very early acknowledgement of his gay identity and his entry into the LGBTQ community. He discusses his involvement with his Open and Affirming UCC Church, the AIDS crises of the 1980?s, and the bar scene in Green Bay.
