Inventory review green belt project for SAP implementation preparation

Abstract

The local XYZ company site stockroom had to prepare for XZY's SAP implementation. The first task was to review all current inventory in the stockroom for relevancy before the data cleansing phase. The local stockroom did not have a process to execute a review so one had to be created. Once created, the stockroom managed a cross functional review to remove the nonrelevant inventory.
