dc.description.abstractThis paper is an analysis of the Voyager Passport reading intervention program and how it meets the specific needs of one rural Wisconsin elementary school based on the following criteria:1.The amount of time required daily, weekly, and yearly to deliver the program. 2. The program meets the districts requirements for a progress monitoring tool, is compatible with CCSS, and is aligned to RTI. 3.
