The relative abundance and seasonal distribution of mosquitoes in La Crosse County, 1979 and 1980

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to gather preliminary information on the nature of the mosquito problem in La Crosse County by (1) determining the species composition, seasonal abundance and distribution based on light trap collections, (2) correlating environmental and other factors with the data, and (3) establishing baseline data for the evaluation of vector-disease problems and necessary control measures.
