Vernal pools are critical breeding habitats for migrating amphibian species. Due to the small scale, ephemeral nature, and varied locations of vernal pools, efforts to protect these amphibian species can be difficult. Our goal is to locate potential hotspots of vernal pools in southeastern Wisconsin and determine whether those potential hotspots align with environmental variables.en_US
