In his 2012 interview with Katherine Legun, Bob Pedersen discusses his involvement with the LGBTQ community and leadership in the Fox Cites, namely in and around Appleton, WI. As the President and Chief Executive Officer of Goodwill Inc., Pedersen talks about his experiences in community building as well as his take on how the community has changed since he arrived in the 1960?s and how it compared, at that time, to his hometown of Chicago.
