Description
In her September 2013 interview with Troy Reeves, Donna Silver discussed her 3 years as Secretary of the Academic Staff. Silver offered an overview of how she worked with other academic staff leadership?between 2009 & 2012?to present information and news important to campus, not just academic staff. Silver also talked about her role as a facilitator between academic staff leadership and campus, the community, and the legislature. Also, she described how technology or automation improved how her office interacted with academic staff and allowed for greater flexibility for her and her staff.
