| dc.description.abstract | This report evaluates five of the Millennium Challenge Corporation?s seventeen indicators used to score underdeveloped countries and then to distribute foreign aid grants. The authors used the MCC?s indicator criteria as well as two additional criteria of their own to create a framework for assessing the five indicators. The report includes a recommendation for each indicator and suggestions for new indicators. | en |
