Dr. William S. Cordua’s collection includes short popular science articles written on mineralogical and geological subjects. They generally first appeared in the Leaverite News newsletter of the St. Croix Rockhounds in Stillwater, MN. They have been frequently reprinted by other newsletters. Some have won regional and national awards through the Midwest Federation and American Federation. They can be reprinted without charge as long as credit is given to the author, including his affiliation with the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
