Abstract: In his two 2013 interviews with Robert Lange, Louis Arrington discusses his work in poultry science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and UW-Extension. Arrington discusses his research interests, publications, teachings, activities in professional organizations, and the closing of the Poultry Science Department. He also describes his childhood growing up on a farm in Maryland and his education. This interview was conducted for inclusion into the UW-Madison Oral History Program.
