Abstract

Regular physical activity (PA) has many health benefits, but regular PA is not the norm in American society. PA levels dropped from high school (HS) to college and again after college. We investigated college students' self report of involvment in PA during high school and college in relation to standing on the five major personality faactors, trait competitiveness, and motivations for involvment.
