Abstract

Examining the effects interactive technology may have on the motivation of adolescent students to read, write, and discuss assigned texts in the English classroom may reveal to educators how 21st century technology can be used to promote student interest in literacy activities. Increased student interest in literacy activities could serve to create lifelong readers and learners.
