Abstract
The purpose of this project was to examine possible changes in motor skill of
children with disabilities after participating in a 5-minute task specific game for a 4-
week period. Children with disabilities participate in less physical activity (PA) and
their obesity rates are 38% higher when compared to children without disabilities,
which can negatively affect their future health and quality of life.
